| George Fellner developed his passion for photography while studying architecture and design at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the University of Florida. Consequently, sensitivities for the design process helped to formulate his photographic skills. The integrated use of form, context, composition, light, color, and texture are both consciously as well as subliminally incorporated in his photographs. “As a form of expression, a photograph gives one the opportunity to observe and re-define the natural and man-made environment in unique and surprising ways. It is a visual means to discover worlds within worlds”. George Fellner’s photographic subjects include landscape, travel, wildlife, portrait, dog shows, and architecture, with recent involvements in macro stone/crystal images. He has participated in juried exhibitions and regularly gives photo/presentation lectures on architecture and the environment.
